- I was touched by the author's openness and willingness to share things of his past, which I think will enable others to have a deeper understanding of what life is about, and learning involved. I am sure after reading this book, many will look to their ancestors and also the creations of the universe, more than ever before, to find more meaning in their own lives. There is so much good in this book to allow one to reflect on who they are, where they come from, and to move forward, no matter what belief system you have. I also enjoyed the meditative practices that are offered as a help to accept feelings. I think it can be very cathartic for those who will create their own personal "Sacred 7"!
